A
typical design process:
-
First visit to discuss your proposals, what ADP can offer you, and
answer any questions you may have.
-
Quotation prepared and submitted for your approval.
-
Upon acceptance of quotation,
if required, revisit to carry out a full
dimensional survey of your property.
-
Preparation of all drawing required for
a planning application to
be submitted, these drawings are posted to you for approval /
comments.
-
Any comments you may have are incorporated into the drawings.
-
Drawings and related forms are submitted to the Local
Authority so they may consider your proposals for Planning
Approval.
-
Any amendments or alteration to the drawings made to meet the
needs of the Local Planning Authority.
After the Local Planning Authority issue their decision notice
we then proceed to preparing your building regulation submission,
should you wish to receive full plans approval.
-
Full technical drawings prepared, along with obtaining
structural calculations and any other required information
depending on the proposals.
-
Submission to Local Authority Building Control for approval.
Once full plans approval has been received for the Building
Regulation submission, construction can commence on your
proposals. |
